Our Story

InterviewFlex grew out of real struggles on both sides of hiring. During the upheaval of the COVID-19 era, our founder, Alex, personally experienced what many job seekers still endure: long delays, opaque processes, repetitive screenings, and little or no feedback. On the flip side, with over a decade in recruitment, he also saw recruiters drowning in resumes, overwhelmed by manual screening, and constrained by slow workflows. That dual insight sparked a bold idea: what if hiring could be intelligent, efficient, and empathetic all at once?
